250 g peanuts
250 g wheat flour
60 g sugar
7 g salt
1 tbsp butter
1 L cooking oil
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, sugar, salt, sugar, and butter. Stir until everything is well blended into a smooth batter.
The thickness of the crispy coating can be adjusted to preference, depending on how many times the batter and flour coating process is done.
Heat the oil to medium and deep fry the coated peanuts until golden brown. Remove, drain the oil, and set aside.
