200g Grass Jelly
250g Brown Sugar
500ml UHT Milk
1 Pandan Leaf
150ml Ice Cubes
In a saucepan, add brown sugar, water and pandan leaf. Over medium heat, bring it to a boil until the sugar dissolves, remove and set aside.
With a grater, grate the grass jelly lengthwise and set aside.
In a glass, add ice cubes, brown sugar, milk, grass jelly, palm sugar and serve.
