250 g jackfruit
200 g seaweed
200 g kolang kaling
200 ml simple syrup
200 ml fresh milk
4 drops red food coloring
200 ml ice cubes
100 ml water
Choose a jackfruit that is ripe enough to make it sweeter and more tender.
In a saucepan, add water, simple syrup, red food coloring and bring it to a boil.
Once it comes to a boil, add seaweed and kolang kaling. Simmer for about 3 minutes and remove from heat. Set aside.
In a serving glass, add ice cubes, kolang kaling and seaweed syrup, jackfruit and milk according to desired taste.
Stir well and serve.
Fresh milk could be changed with UHT milk / skim milk.
