1 young coconut
10 g basil seeds
60 ml sugar syrup
2 limes, juice
Halve the coconut, then pour the coconut water into a container.
Use a spoon to scrape the coconut flesh from the shell and place the flesh in the coconut water. Set aside.
Add ice cubes into a glass.
Add young coconut water and flesh, melon shavings, basil seeds, sugar syrup, and lime juice. Stir evenly, and serve.
