Directions

  1. Cut open the coconut

    • Cut open the coconut and pour the juice into a bowl. Shave the coconut meat and place it in the same bowl and set aside.

    Choose a young coconut so that the meat is soft and chewy.

  2. Make the coffee

    • In a glass, add the coffee powder, hot water and stir until well dissolved.

Combine and serve!

  • In a serving glass, add full cream milk, ice cubes, coffee, liquid sugar, nata de coco, coconut juice and meat. Serve well.

Liquid sugar can be changed with palm sugar
