Capcay Goreng Bakso

{{totalReview}}
Cap Cay, or Cap Cai, is a typical Chinese-Indonesian dish made of a medley of stir-fried vegetables. While this recipe mainly features white cabbage, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, chicory and bok choy, a variety of other vegetables can be used as well, so feel free to add in your favorites. What makes this Cap Cay unique is the addition of bakso, a type of Indonesian meatball known for its savory flavors and chewy texture. Delicious and nutritious at the same time, this dish is the perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
