125g Sweetened Condensed Milk, Chocolate
100g Wheat Flour
13g Corn Flour
5g Baking Powder
5g Baking Soda
Sakura Cake Mould
In a bowl, add egg and sugar. With a mixer, beat well until the sugar is dissolved.
Gradually add flour and corn starch into the mix and mix well.
Add in baking soda and baking powder, stir well until blended.
Add condensed milk, butter and combine well.
Cover with cling wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Grease the Sakura sponge mould well to prevent sticking.
Pour batter into the mould and leave about ½ cm gap at the top.
Cover the cake and steam the cake for about 15 – 20 minutes.
Once the cake is steamed, remove the lid and let it sit for 15 minutes before removing the cake from the mould.
