  • 300g Beef Tenderloin

  • 10g Garlic, grated

  • 50g Cornstarch

  • 7g Cooking Oil

  • 1 Egg White

  • 5g Chicken Powder

  • 600ml Cooking Oil

  • Sauce:

  • 10g Garlic, smashed

  • 10g shallots, smashed

  • 30g Onions, thinly sliced

  • 60g Butter / Margarine

  • 95g Sweet Soy Sauce

  • 14g Worcestershire sauce

  • 19g Tomato Sauce

  • 3g Beef Powder

  • 100 ml water

Beef steak is a meat based dish cut into large pieces which is usually served with boiled or fried potatoes and vegetables such as carrots and beans.

Directions

  1. Prep The Beef

    • Slice the beef to about ½ cm think and marinate with garlic, oil, egg whites, chicken powder. Stir well until evenly combined.

    • Add corn starch and coat well around the beef.

    • Fry the beef steak with some hot oil for about 5 minutes and set aside.

  2. Make The Sauce

    • Heat up some butter and sauté garlic, shallots, onions until fragrant and wilted.

    • Add water, sweet soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce and beef powder. Bring it to a boil.

    • Once the sauce comes to a boil, add the beef steak and stir well. Let the sauce absorbs into the steak.

    • Once absorbed, remove and set serve.

Plate & Serve!

  • Serve beef steak with rice.
