For cooking rice
100 g Basmati rice
250 ml water for cooking the rice
5 g Ghee
2 g salt
For Tawa Pulao
1 green bell pepper, finely-chopped
2 tomatoes, finely-chopped
1 onion, finely-chopped
10 g ginger-garlic paste (5g ginger + 5g garlic)
3 g red chili powder
2 g turmeric powder
5 g cumin seeds
20 g butter
1 carrot, cut into ½ inch cubes
50 g green beans, cut into bite-sized pieces
30 g green peas
5 g lime juice
5g salt
For garnishing:
few sprigs of fresh coriander
Serve the Tawa Pulao piping hot and garnish with a few sprigs of coriander.
