2 green chilies (sliced)
2 red chilies (sliced)
4 onions (finely chopped)
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tomatoes (mashed)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 ½ tsp garam masala
½ cup hot water
chopped coriander (for garnish)
Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or flat bread
