For roasting of vermicelli:
10 g Ghee (clarified butter)
200 g Seviyan (broken vermicelli)
For making vermicelli Kheer:
1 liter milk
60 g sugar
2 g cardamom powder
10 g golden raisins
10 g almond slivers or almond slices
10 g cashew nuts, roughly-chopped
Serve the Seviyan Kheer hot, warm or chilled according to your preference. You can garnish with some chopped nuts or dried rose petals while serving.
