1 kg ready-made gnocchi pasta
400 g spinach (roughly chopped)
200 g paneer cheese (cubed) - If you can’t find paneer cheese, halloumi cheese is a great substitute.
250 ml whipping cream
200 ml water
1 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 large green chilies (chopped) - If you want a spicier flavour, experimenting with replacing one of the large green chilies with a small green chili.
1 yellow onion (peeled and chopped)
4 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp garam masala spice mix
2 tbsp butter
| This dish also works with other pasta, if you can’t find gnocchi easily. Just make sure to cook it until al dente first, if you’re using dried pasta.
