3 idlis cut in large cubes
15 g finely-chopped garlic or garlic paste
3 finely-chopped fresh green chilies or dried red chili
3 g black pepper powder
5 g sugar or honey
5 ml dark soy sauce
10 g chinese red chili sauce
250 ml sunflower oil (for frying)
15 ml sunflower oil (for stir frying)
1 small onion cut in chunks (approx. ½ inch)
50 g green capsicum (bell pepper) cut in cubes
salt to taste
3 ml synthetic vinegar or juice of ½ a lemon
10 g chopped coriander leaves
10 g chopped spring onion greens
Serve hot, garnished with coriander and spring onion greens.
