For Gajar Halwa:
1 kg carrot, grated finely
50 g Ghee
300 ml milk
100 g sugar
50 g Khoya (semi-dried whole milk)
3 g cardamom powder
For dry fruits:
10 cashew nuts, chopped
10 almonds, chopped
30 g raisins
Serve the Gajar Halwa cold or warm in a bowl. Garnish with the rest of the fried dry fruits.
