150 g sweet corn kernels or 1 medium to large corn cob (steamed)
15 g butter (optional)
5 g chili powder or 1 green chili (finely-chopped)
15 ml lemon juice or lime juice
3 g chaat masala (tangy Indian spice mix) or amchur (dry mango) powder
5 g chopped coriander leaves or spring onion greens
15 g finely-diced red bell pepper
black salt or regular salt to taste
