2 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 ½ tsp corn starch
1 stalk coriander leaves (sliced)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 green chilli (sliced thinly)
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs (whisked)
3 tbsp oil (for frying)
Add corn starch, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, and salt to mashed potatoes.
Mix well.
Remove patties from refrigerator.
Heat up oil in pan.
In a bowl, whisk egg with a fork.
Dip patties into egg.
Fry patties in med-low heat till golden brown.
Remove from pan, drain excess oil.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve
