  • 1 stalk coriander leaves (sliced)

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 green chilli (sliced thinly)

  • ½ tsp ground cumin 

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • ½ tsp chilli powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 eggs (whisked)

  • 3 tbsp oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Mix potato mixture

    • Add corn starch, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, and salt to mashed potatoes. 

    • Mix well.

  2. Fry patties

    • Remove patties from refrigerator. 

    • Heat up oil in pan.

    • In a bowl, whisk egg with a fork. 

    • Dip patties into egg.

    • Fry patties in med-low heat till golden brown.

    • Remove from pan, drain excess oil.

Plate and Serve!

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve
