    500g Chicken Thigh

    5 Cups Chicken Stock

    3 Cups Elbow Macaroni

    250g Smokey Sausage

    1 Cup Carrots, diced

    1 Cup Cabbage, shredded

    1 Cup Evaporated Milk

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken fillet

    • In a sauce pot, boil chicken fillet until it is cooked, and drain and set aside. 
    • Shred the chicken after it turns cool.


  2. Cook sausages

    • In a sauce pot, heat oil and butter.
    • Add in onions and saute until translucent, toss in the sausages. Saute until the fat is rendered


  3. Add macaroni and vegetables

    • Add in chicken stock and milk. Bring it to a boil.
    • Add in the macaroni. Once macaroni is cooked, add in the carrots.
    • Once carrots are tender, add in the cabbage and simmer until it’s cooked.


Plate and Serve!

Serve with shredded chicken on top.
