500 g prawns
30 ml oil
10 to 12 pcs large tree cucumber / Bilimbi, sliced (Kamias)
2 pcs ripe tomatoes, diced
1 bulb white onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
900 ml water
40 ml fish sauce
1 pc small radish, sliced diagonally
5 to 6 string beans, 3-inch slices
1 bunch water spinach (Kang Kong), trimmed
4 pcs finger chilis
Pour it into a serving bowl and serve with steamed white rice.
