Pork Hamonado

{{totalReview}}
It is pretty much known that once you add pineapple to your cooking, you are bound to end up with a dish that is sweet and sour, and Pork Hamonado is one such dish! To get it tender, pork belly (or any cut of pork you can get your hands on) is marinated in a blend of soy sauce and pineapple juice before it is simmered in that same marination. Once done, Pork Hamonado is the perfect viand to have with rice..
