500 g pork shoulder
10 pcs BBQ Sticks (bamboo skewer)
50 ml oil (for basting)
60 ml pineapple juice
pork marinade:
120 ml soy sauce
8 cloves garlic (minced)
1 whole white onion (finely chopped)
3 tbsp brown sugar
garnish:
5 pcs chillies (chopped)
2 packets sweet and spicy sauce
15 ml vinegar with diced onions
Garnish it with some chillies (if you’d like to add a little spice into your dish) before serving. This dish is best enjoyed with a cup of pineapple juice, sweet & spicy sauce, and vinegar with onion sauce before serving.
