200g ketchup for dipping
1tbsp oil (to grease foil for wrapping)
500ml water (or enough for boiling)
pork mixture: 500g ground pork
1pc green bell pepper, minced
1 small piece carrots, shredded
100g pickled relish, drained and minced
35g raisins
60g breadcrumbs
3 eggs (beaten)
2 eggs (hardboiled)
7g salt
3g black pepper
Prepare a dish of ketchup as a dipping sauce before serving!
