Cheese Puto

{{totalReview}}
Soft, fluffy and delicious, there is no doubt that the Cheese Puto is one of Philippines’ favorite Kakanin (traditional desserts). While traditionally made with rice flour, this version uses all-purpose flour instead. Top these fluffy cakes with sliced cheddar cheese or salted egg and enjoy as a snack or as a side dish for your lunch or dinner. Here’s a tip: Want to make your Cheese Puto eye-catching? You can use your favorite food flavoring to give them a pop of color!
