500 g beef sirloin (sliced 1cm thin and 2 x 3 inches in width)
60 ml cooking oil
240 ml water
1 large white onion (sliced into rings)
beef marinade:
80 ml soy sauce
8 calamansi (or 1 lemon)
2 g ground black pepper
garnish:
2 g scallions
4 to 5 pcs sliced onion rings
Garnish with more cooked onion rings and fresh scallions before serving it with rice.
