500 ml beef stock
2 potatoes (cut into quarters)
1 carrot (diced)
128 g tomato sauce
5 pcs ripe sweet plantains (saba, cut into half)
1 bunch bok choy (3 stalks)
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
