Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken

    • Marinate the chicken with the mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce, potato starch, salt and sugar for about 10 minutes.


  2. Steam chicken and pumpkin

    • Transfer the marinated meat onto a heat proof dish for steaming.
    • Place pumpkin cubes around the chicken.
    • Steam for 20 minutes.

Carefully remove dish from steamer and sprinkle fresh chopped spring onion on top. Serve hot.
