180 g fresh king oyster mushrooms
100 g fresh white button mushrooms
100 g fresh shitake mushrooms
200 g red plums
4 tbsp oil
1 yellow onion (thinly sliced)
5 cloves of garlic (minced)
salt and pepper to taste
15 g sugar
1 sprig coriander for garnish
Slice King Oyster Mushroom.
Dice Shiitake Mushrooms.
Thinly slice button mushrooms.
Pit and slice the plums into quarters.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
