12 - 15 Lady’s Finger, sliced diagonally
4 tbsp white bait (washed and dried)
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 chili padi (sliced thinly)
3 tbsp oil
Garnish with more fried white bait. | To cut down salt content, it is recommended to wash and rinse white bait at least twice. Pat dry before frying to prevent the oil from splattering.
