Instructions

  1. Prepare the duck

    • Defrost duck breast.
    • Heat up oil in a pan and pan fry the smoked duck till crispyor according to packaginginstructions.
    • Once heated up and crispy, remove duck and leave to cool.
    • Slice the duck breasts into pieces. Set aside.

  2. Assemble duck crepe

    • Defrost crepe.
    • Place a piece of crepe onto a plate.
    • Spread a reasonable amount of Hoi Sin sauce onto the middle of the crepé
    • Place a piece of cooked smoked duck meat with a few pieces of cucumber andspring onions.
    • Fold the crepe.
    Assemble duck crepe


Garnish and Serve!

Serve, garnished with some cilantro leaves and chillies.
