Toothsome Milo Krispies Cookies

Milo Krispies Cookies are exactly what you imagine -milo cookie chunks that are at once sweet, malty, and crisp. Chocolately malt milo, tiny rice puffs and chewy cookie dough combine in the air-fryer to make an addictive snack that’s completely oil-free. Drizzle your freshly made snacks with chocolate or sprinkle hundreds and thousands for extra colour.

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer

    • Pre heat fryer to 170°C 
    • Line basket with aluminium foil.


  2. Make batter and dough

    • Beat butter and sugar till fluffy fold inflours and milo to mix well.
    • Roll into 10-15g balls depending on size you want.
    • Press to slightly flatten doughballs onto rice puffs on both sides. Re-adjust the round shape.
      Place them into the air-fryer basket, slightly apart from each other
    Make batter and dough


  3. Air-fry krispies

    • Bake for 12 mins


Plate and Serve!

Melt chocolate pieces in the microwave and drizzle over the cookies to serve.
