Roti Gabin Tape

{{totalReview}}
Roti Gabin Tape is a popular Indonesian snack made of fermented cassava (tape), sandwiched and fried between two cream crackers (gabin). Sweetened with condensed milk and sugar, the soft tape filling offers a nice texture contrast to the crunchy biscuits. The perfect treat for afternoon tea!
