These velvety smooth Rose Chocolate Squares offer a satisfyingly sweet ending to your meals. Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate

    • Bring the cream to a light boil.
    • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Slowly pour the hot cream into the melted chocolate.
    • Wait for 10 seconds and gently stir to get a smooth ganache. Do not mix the cream vigorously.
    • Prepare a deep-dish tray, lined with a baking sheet. When lining the baking sheet, ensure the edges exceed the tray to make it easier to lift.
    • Pour the mix into the tray and chill for 6 hours or overnight.
    • When it sets, dust the top with cocoa powder, and cut into inch-wide squares
