1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup toasted sliced almonds
¾ cup smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp whole ground flaxseed meal
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp cranberries
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup honey
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop mixture and place it on palms. Roll it to form a ball. Place rolled peanut butter balls on to a lined tray. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Serve whenever needed, or keep them refrigerated.
