  • 50 g dried cranberries

  • 20 g dried osmanthus flowers

  • 1.5 L water

  • 60 g - 80 g rock sugar (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil dessert

    • Place the apples, osmanthus flowers, cranberries and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
    • Turn down to a simmer and cover to cook for 30 minutes.

    • Stir in the rock sugar, starting with less and adding more to taste if required.
