For the pie crust:
1 Packet Oreo Cookies, Cream Removed
100 g Butter, Melted
For the filling:
500 ml Dark Chocolate
400 ml Liquid Whipping Cream
9 Oreo Cookies
8 Red Oreos Cookies
200 ml Whipping Cream
10 Mint Leaves
Separate the Oreo cookies from the cream, discard the cream.
Place the cookies in a mortar and pestle and crush them until they become small crumbs.
Place the crumbs into a mixing bowl and add the melted butter. Mix well to combine and set aside.
Into the pie pan, place an even layer of the pie dough, about ½ cm high. Pat the cookie dough down to ensure it is tightly packed and the surface is evenly smooth.
Freeze the pie crust for about 1 hour.
Into a pan, add the liquid whipping cream and dark chocolate.
Cook on medium heat until the dark chocolate has melted. Stir to blend the chocolate with the cream.
Remove from heat to cool at room temperature.
Remove the pie crust from the pan, then fill with chocolate whipping cream.
Garnish with whipping cream, red and black cookies, sliced strawberries and mint leaves.
The dish is now ready to serve.
