200 ml water
300 g ground peanuts
150 g sugar
10 ml oil

black sesame muah chee:
100 g glutinous rice flour
40 g black sesame (finely ground)
150 ml water
150 ml black sesame powder
100 g sugar
10 ml oil
6 g salt
Combine rice flour, oil, water and a pinch salt (save the other pinch for the peanuts). Mix until smooth.
Pre-heat rice cooker, and grease it with oil, pour in mixture and start folding. If a paper-like skin begins to form at the bottom, change the setting to keep warm.
Continue to fold till the mixture is smooth, shiny and elastic. Turn off the rice cooker and let it rest.
Take a flat tray, pour ground peanuts, sugar and a pinch of salt. (Mix well)
Use a scissors and cut the muah chee into bite-sized and toss them into the sweeten ground peanuts. Toss them around, make sure it is coated with the ground peanuts.
Combine rice flour, oil, grinded sesame seeds, water and 3gm/a pinch of salt. Mix it until well combined.
Pre-heat rice cooker, and grease it with oil, pour in mixture and start folding gently. Fold for 5-6mins. If a paper-like skin begins to form at the bottom, change the setting to keep warm.
Fold till the mixture is smooth, shiny and elastic. Turn off the rice cooker and let it rest
Take a flat tray, pour black sesame powder, sugar and a pinch of salt. (Mix well)
Use a scissors and cut the muah chee into bite-sized and toss them into the mixed sesame powder. Toss them around, make sure to give them a good coating
