  1. Ingredients

    • Prepare all the ingredients such as, lemon, tea, lemongrass, water & ice cube, then set aside


  2. Prepare lemongrass

    • Prepare the lemongrass, cutting board & hammer. 
    • Smash the entire stalk of lemongrass with the hammer on the cutting board. Then set aside.

  3. Boiling the tea

    • Prepare a pot with 200 ml of water.
    • Add 2 tea bags, and 3 sticks of crushed lemongrass and boil until the water colour changes, turn off the heat then let it cool.

Chill and Serve!

Prepare a glass. Add lemon slices, ice cubes, and pour the lemongrass tea then it is ready to serve
