Instructions

  1. Boil spices

    • In a pot with water, add ginger, cardamom, cloves, pandan leaf and cinnamon. In medium heat, bring it to a boil.

    • Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and add in the coffee. Stir it well and simmer for about 15 seconds
