  • ¼ tsp salt 

  • 2 tbsp swerve

  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum

  • garnish chopped peanuts

Keto Peanut Soup

Peanut Soup is probably the most iconic Chinese New Year dessert. It has always been a crowd-favourite, and now -ketogenic. Simply add sugar substitute Swerve for a sweeter taste, and xanthan gum to give it a lusciously thick and smooth texture. One bowl won’t be enough.

Instructions

  1. Prepare peanut mixture

    • Put all ingredients into a small saucepan and stir on low heat until ingredients are well incorporated

    * you can use any nut butter to replace peanut butter for an equally delicious dessert soup



Garnish and Serve!

Sprinkle with chopped peanuts to garnish. Serve warm.
