Instructions

  1. Shape Mooncake Balls

    • Pinch a bit of lotus paste using your hands to form a ball. 
    • Fill each ball with seeds or nuts, or roll it in chia seeds.


Garnish and Serve!

Before serving, garnish with shredded salted egg yolk.
