500 g sweetened akawi cheese
1 cup fine semolina
1 cup sugar syrup
½ tbsp vegetable oil
½ tbp butter
500 g cream
1 small cup pistachio
2 tsp lemon blossom
sugar syrup (as desired)
Put the pieces of halawet el jeben in a serving dish. Decorate each piece with lemon blossom. Serve with sugar syrup aside.
