Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients

    • Prepare ingredients such as dragon, sugar, jelly powder and sweetened condensed milk then set aside


  2. Crushed Dragon Fruit

    • Peel the dragon fruit, then cut into the container, then prepare the mash tool, then mash until the dragon fruit is smooth, then set aside.

  3. Jelly Making

    • Stir until combined and the water boils then turn off heat.
    • Transfer the jelly to the container, let it cool and harden, after it hardens, remove it from the container, then cut into squares, about ½ cm, do it until all the jelly is cut. Then, set aside.
    • Prepare a glass, then add the crushed dragon fruit, ice cubes and jelly, then pour the sweetened condensed milk, and it's ready to serve.
