Es Sunset Papua

Es Sunset Papua is a vibrant Indonesian drink made of a mixture of carrot and orange juice. Its name derives from its orange hues which resembles the color gradient of the sunset.

Instructions

Squeezing Orange
- Cut the orange into 2 then squeeze it using a wringer

Blend The Carrot
- Add the carrot (sliced so it is easier to blend), simple syrup and ice cube, then blend it until smooth

Strain the carrot juice
- After the mixture in the blender is smooth, strain the carrots from the dregs.
- Prepare a glass of carrot juice, put in the ice cubes and then pour the orange juice until it is layered like a sunset.

Chill and Serve!
