Creamy and refreshing at the same time, Es Sirsak Susu is an iced beverage made of soursop, fresh milk and sweet condensed milk. Top it off with chia seeds and enjoy this drink with your favorite snack for a relaxing afternoon.

Instructions

  1. Peel off Soursop and take out its fruit

    • Prepare a soursop then cut it into 2 pieces so it’s easier to peel it off. 
    • Peel its skin and separate its seed and flesh of fruit.
    • Divide it into 2 parts: one to be blended, and another one for filling


  2. Blend ingredients

    • Prepare a blender then add the flesh of soursop (up to 150 gr) followed by 100 ml fresh milk, 30 ml sweet condensed milk, 30 ml simple syrup, 100 ml ice cube and blend it until smooth

Chill and Serve!

Prepare a glass, then pour the soursop juice until it reaches half of the glass, add ice cubes, then add the whole flesh soursop, chia seed and it is ready to serve
