    100 g Watermelon, cubed

    60 g Cocopandan Syrup

Instructions

  1. Boil jelly mixture

    • In a pot, add water and red agar agar powder. Stir evenly. Bring it to a boil and transfer to a container. 
    • Let it cool and harden.
    • Repeat the same for the green agar agar powder

  2. Grate jelly

    • With a grater, grate the agar agar jelly lengthwise like angel hair. Set it aside.

Chill and Serve!

In a glass, add some cocopandan syrup, ice cubes, watermelon cubes, basil seeds, nata de coco, grated agar agar. Fill the rest up with water and mix well. Serve.
