Instructions

  1. Grate mango

    • With a grater, grate the mango lengthwise and set aside.
    • Peel the grapefruit and take the pulp.

  2. Mix salad

    • In a bowl, add the grated mango, grapefruit pulp, sugar, chili, salt, ice and water.
    • Mix well and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Plate and Serve!

In a glass, serve the mango salad and garnish it with mint and lime slices.
