Instructions

  1. Cook syrup water

    • In a pot, add 250ml water, kolang kaling, sugar, cinnamon stick, red food coloring. 
    • Cook over low heat and stir consistently.
    • Simmer while the kolang kaling absorbs the water.
    • Remove from heat after water is reduced.
    • Set aside to cool.

  2. Grate melon

    Using a grater, grate the melon and set aside.

Chill and Serve!

In a glass, add the grated melon, ice cubes, kolang kaling, basil seeds and cocopandan syrup. Fill the rest up with water.  Serve.
