Beat the tropical heat with this super quick and easy coconut and orange concoction. Es Jeruk Kelapa is made of a refreshing mix of coconut water and freshly squeezed orange juice, with bits of young coconut flesh and basil seeds added for a satisfying crunch. This sweet Indonesian drink is a remedy for a hot afternoon and best enjoyed during a seafood binge.
