2 cups milk (You can replace milk with almond milk or any nut milk of choice.)
2 cups blueberries
1 banana
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp ginger powder
¼ tsp ginger powder
pinch of salt
2 cups ice
mint leaf (garnish)
| If the blended green tea and berry shake is refrigerated overnight, you will get a soft pudding.
Pour into glasses and serve with a sprig of mint leaf.
