Instructions

  1. Make oatmeal

    • Add hot water to the instant oatmeal. Stir well.


  2. Caramelise bananas

    • Place cut banana on a plate. 
    • Sprinkle sugar on the banana.
    • Heat up a pan over medium heat.
    • Place bananas and leave to caramelised on one side.
    • Remove banana onto a plate.
    Caramelise bananas


Plate and Serve!

  • Place caramalized banana on the oatmeal
  • Drizzle gula melaka
  • Add dark chocolate chips.
