Instructions

  1. Cook popcorn

    • Heat oil in large frying panover low heat.
    • After oil is hot, add popcorn kernels
    • Cover the panwith lid
    • Shake the pan regularly or lower heat to prevent burning
    • After the final pop, remove popcorn and set aside
    Cook popcorn


  2. Mix seasoning with popcorn

    • Heat butter in large frying pan 
    • Add curry leaves, turmeric and curry powder. Stir.
    • Add popcorn, tossand mix evenly

Plate and Serve!

Drizzle salt to taste and serve
